Per the 10/31/16 2FQ17 10-Q Balance Sheet there were 1,148,328,741 actual shares (not average shares) outstanding on 10/31/16.

Per the 1/31/17 3FQ17 10-Q Balance Sheet there were 975,828,741 actual shares (not average shares) outstanding on 1/31/17.

That's a reduction of 172,500,000 shares. No dilution! It's an increase of 15% in shareholder value. Sorry, you lose.
