The o/s has probably gone up some as it traded 150M shares 5 days ago when it hit .0058. But still super low compared to the average sub penny that has 1 to 2 billion o/s

If they want to sell shares, they have to put out fluff / create interest to make the stock rise which in turn attracts buyers like the 150M share day

I have a stink bid in, but doesn't look like I'm going to get filled.
