There are no NSS in TECO and there never really was. That is nothing but more Treaty/Blackburn/Mulshine bullshit...
The real criminals in the OTC are all the conmen running these scam company's. The SEC could do far more there for sure. "investors" also need to beware and watch over their own money and not believe all the bullshit these conmen tell them. If it looks like a scam, smells like a scam... Then it's a scam.
There was plenty of red flags posted, with links, years before the SEC took action for all to see that TECO was indeed a scam.
