Sounds to me like if a BP does not bend, and make a nice offer...then what stops Sean Parker from making Peregrine Pharmaceuticals/ PS Targeting the cornerstone molecule / patent for them to build upon..

BPs should realize the way things were done have gone Fargo too deep and times are changing....and have changed for good.
