I can say with 99.999999999% certainty that MODC will never trade again. Who would take them over even if they were free? I followed all of Welch's scam companies before he was found murdered on a beach in the Bahamas with one of his fingers missing. His pinky, maybe?

I believe all his tickers have been suspended and are now trading on the greys. I know ENCS and EHYD are. I can't recall others, it's been so long.

Phil Verges was his mentor, btw. Talk about starting off your pinksheet career with two strikes against you.

You can lead a horse to water. But you can't make him get down on one knee and do an Al Jolson impression!
