I've been long ERHC for about a decade now. It has been a huge failure primarily because of awful managenent. The chances of success of this company was great at one time but that window of opportunity has passed. Hard to believe this failed management is still in charge. The BOD has not been voted on in years and all of their terms expired long ago. It's unprecedented that a publicly traded company can get away with this but they have. Now it looks like they are keeping it alive mainly to drain the last of the cash out in the form of salaries. As far as we know, none of their salaries has ever been reduced a dime despite the repeated failures and despite ERHC'S dire financial position. What does that tell you?
