Wonder how this is coming along?

Bourque Industries Announces Plan to Attain Fully Reporting Status with the United
States Securities and Exchange Commission
Tucson, AZ. November 5 , 2012 - Bourque Industries, Inc.
(www.bourqueindustries.com), (PINK: BORK), a development stage Company
that has developed and intends to produce metal alloys and related product applications
using its revolutionary metal-alloying process, Kryron, today announced that it has
entered arrangements with auditors, accountants and securities counsel to file and
ultimately achieve fully reporting status with the United States Securities and Exchange
Commission. It is expected BORK will first trade on the OTCBB.
BORK has engaged Davis and Associates of Los Angeles, CA as Securities Counsel,
RBSM, LLP, a member of Russell Bedford International, of New York, NY to audit the
company’s accounting records.
“Being fully reporting is the cornerstone of trust in a transparent Company,” said John
Bourque, Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Bourque Industries. “We’re excited.
We look forward to coming days and weeks ahead going through this process. It is
difficult to put a definitive time table on ultimately being fully reporting, but I can assure
every available man-hour will be used to get use there as quickly as possible. BORK will
keep investors advised of our progress throughout.”
Mr. Bourque also commented on the growth of the company and the current stock price.
"I understand that the day-to-day swings of our very liquid and volatile stock price cause
some investor concern," said John Bourque, Chairman and CEO. "I tell investors to take
a snapshot of the last six months, not six hours. I like to joke that we're not for the faint of
heart. We believe we're building a very valuable company and expect the remainder of
2012 and 2013 to show new revenue and product growth.”
