Did the Authorized Shares (AS) get doubled from 150,000,000 shares to 300,000,000 shares or did it jump to 500,000,000 or possibly 1 billion shares? Zalemark has no money, so the only way it can pay creditors is with worthless stock. But just remember that when the AS doubles, the value of the existing shares drop in half. And if the AS increases to 600,000,000 then the value drops in half again. So a stock that trades at $0.006 will have a value of $0.003 at 300,000,000 shares and $0.0015 at 600,000,000 shares.
