Did you ask about insurance policy assets of any of the companies. An insurance contract is a "phantom" asset and the main way in which, we shareholders, can receive some of our money back. D & O, E & O insurance contracts under any of the entities.

We need to ask so we can a file a claim of errors and omissions as investors, that Dan and the board did not reveal material news to is that would have had us sell our shares if we had known.
