The iHub Admins manage the message boards, not the ADVFN market tools.

I looked at the portfolio tool and that functionality does not exist, as you noted. There is a tab to add dividends manually. I doubt automated dividends will be added due to the complexity involved - including variables such as ex- and payment dates, but you are certainly welcome to ask over here:
