Lugee already has CLIENTS(Fortune 100) that are using BMG's in some of their products( $4.6mm worth last year), so it was a no brainer for Lugee to buy lqmt mainly for the patents, Crucible and the strong Apple relationship to expand on that and eventually become the Global leader in Amorphous metal production. I believe he has a few customers chomping at the bit the sign a contract once Lugee gets the facility up & running , and has probably already started at his facilities at EONTEC.
