Glad to hear it. Looks like some were wondering what it is exactly that MaxD owns, given not only the comments of Top (possibly Nash) but also that the USPTO doesn't list MaxD as an assignee of the patents.

Perhaps it is something else other than actual ownership of the patents themselves, or perhaps there is some other explanation -- like that the ownership doesn't take effect until after the IPR/nullity proceedings resolve questions of validity. Who knows. Some sort of agreement was filed in the appeal hearing, so I think it's safe to assume that some sort of agreement exists.

Perhaps all will be clarified shortly in the 2016 yearly filing.
