Where do we go from here? I have ALOT of money of invested, I will not walk away quietly. The Goldberg's as usual paid themselves "for their service on the board. Remember it was Goldberg who led the proxy fight against the last group of thieves. Goldberg did the same thing as far as he was concerned Ecte was his company. Share holders were left completely in the dark until it was too late. Hollander disappeared for
months .They never made an attempt to hold the listing and they could have. I am assuming Besser will make another run at them, he lost his ass last time. If any one has some ideas to keep this from being stolen from the holders of the common, please share, I really think it will come down to that.
