I think the Judge is aware of the bullshitters behind this and it's not the SEC.
The SEC is a victim of being led by a group of disgruntled liars who tried to pull a fast one with the fake BK and the whole premise is a load of bullshit and the SEC knows it.
Why else would they again delay the trial when there are no more motions allowed?
