$ PJET. Here is the Annual report and the O/S was less than 400 Million on 3/17/2017 which 400 Million is not high for Penny Land Lol. The Company would have to apply to FINRA to raise the A/S and then they would 8-K the amount of the Raise But i think everyone should trade as to what they are comfortable with IMO.
