I think that this means is that they have to change the reporting structure of the FHFA and that in the future, Mel Watt can be removed without just cause by the president. Considering that Mel Watt has basically shown that the treasury is calling the shots with respect to the NWS, I don't see how this changes anything for us shareholders. Can someone please provide additional insight?
