Wet Dream or Nightmare?

...the debt ceiling. Great little piece that gets right to the point, written a couple of days before the health care debacle.

So which will it be. No need to guess the markets tell us, and their answer is (as of today)...nightmare. This means the conservatives will not go along with Trump using OPM (other people's (tax payer) money to finance his sticky dreams.

Can this change, of course, but until it does...it doesn't.
