guessing this triway scam is supposed to make up for it?

maybe it all comes back to bite them.

if they ever hire a reputable underwriter, which we doubt, thats when it all gets like muddy waters.

people will come out of the woodwork.

since the spinoff will never happen, the aforementioned claims will probably never happen either.

theyd need 2 boards, 2 CFO's 2 CEO's auditors and etc.... and for the holding company they cant keep even one.

nothing here but promotion and hoping for another wonky debt deal.
