The CEO knows for certain. That is why for years he has used Pump and Dumps to get funding from "Long Term" investors. He absolutely counts on those investors who believe his BS stories to fund the company. If you actually go and take a look at the company physically, you will be crushed by what you see. The only thing Rigglesberry cares about is himself!
One might do far better by actually looking and studying than being a believer in false PRs. The belief that an OCLN PR is "GOOD NEWS" is a disease.
