Main point tonight is to address slight delay in dates set weeks back because of opportunity $Inwith Corp. took signing with Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati - a top Silicon Valley firm , best of best venture capital firm to raise significant capital.

Inwith taking advice from WSGR, as WSGR is a top firm, things taking longer then anticipated , shouldn't take much longer...

$InWith Corp. 100% focused on EPGL , Hayes very confident and sees great progress even though it may seem slow pace some.
