March 24-March is disconcerting month. This morning it was winter. This afternoon it was spring. Go figure. I was almost out of Garden-tone organic granular fertilizer so I took a bus ride to Wal Mart. While there, I went to electronics and bought a UBS cord for this Kodak digital camera. I can't figure out how to upload images into the computer. Maybe the folks at the public library can help me before I go to the farm Saturday morning.
This morning all the plants looked OK except for the eggplants. They were so flopped over I thought they were kaput. By the time I returned from Wal Mart they were all standing straight. Plants are intelligent.
I transplanted another try of lettuces and sowed spinach seed. I have enough seed, I figure, to plant to the end of the row in between more lettuce plants.
Some Green Syrian lettuce seeds have germinated. It is a very green lettuce.
CC the Calico Cat came down to the feeding station with another mouse. That's two in three days.
