1.) Obamacare will implode.

2.) Tax payers are better protected from another financial mortgage meltdown.

3.) The 30 year mortgage isn't in jeopardy anymore.

4.) His billionaire friends who helped him win, will become a lot richer.

5.) Our 5th Amendment rights are protected.

He will win huge with just the stroke of a pen. Now let's see if he and Mnuchin are smart enough to do it.
