I am no expert but I have severe COPD I used to use a dry powder version of a drug called Spiriva until about 14 months ago Spiriva started selling dry powder or aerosol I switched to the aerosol which they call Spiriva Respimat which delivers more of the medication to my lungs the aerosol is much more expensive $290 us for a 30 day supply.
When and if PULM's COPD drug gets to market I will be trying it if I am still alive I believe at least a billion or more people have COPD I hope this helps you.
