Pat, I suspect they are patent pending but PN said they improved the delivery system and the manufacturing process from MD Anderson , hence the alleged new pending patents.

Too, I am not certain but believe looking to replace or adding a new board member is not a reportable event until the deal is done. If a BOD member resigns it is a reportable event.
