CEO using some old mans "going to pasture" letter to state this pending aquisition???? Why not just say it in the actual binding 8k then? Oh wait, because the SEC doesnt give a shiz about some old geezers letter, its just a rambling attachment that can talk about an alien he saw at Roswell for that matter, doesnt matter what he says in an attached personnal letter. Where was the personnal letter from that last guy who quit on that 10k last year?
