I believe VirTra should be buying back shares at these $2.00 levels as to do so would seem to me to be accretive given the recent stock highs and future prospects.

Frankly BillPR remains correct in his position that VirTra must be moved to a National Exchange. By moving to NASDAQ for example the company will be far better positioned to attract some institutional research coverage as well as retail buying.

Given that VirTra management asserted that it intends to seek SEC registration I would expect that such a move is a necessary precursor to a move to a National Exchange.

As for a single quarter result-- I do not believe a single quarter is as relevant as a trend. The VirTra trend has been strong -- but to continue these growth trends VirTra MUST move to a National Exchange and seek out both new markets and target acquisitions for growth.

Like many companies the size of VirTra, management must take initiative to grow and thus build shareholder value. The proof of what is to come will hopefully be revealed with the upcoming financial results.
