Sounds like a power play to me. Mir is not performing and a director is standing up to him. Makes you wonder what the other directors are thinking. (Better to support the "powerful" CEO who anoints the compliant?)

Unless Yarbro has done something fraudulent, it seems that this is a power consolidating move by a nervous little man and his nervous compadres with no cajones.

Or it could just be that Yarbo has a better resume than Mir. Nothing worse than the CEO being outshined by a board member.

As far as I am concerned, I am sick and tired of the current Board and the CEO. Big hats, and certainly no cattle!
