I believe others have sent emails to investor relations asking what patents they hold and always get no response. Last time we researched this as much as we could, all we found were patents that all expired in the last 2 or 3 years. I think all of those related to the delivery system. Since PN says they have 20 years, my guess is they have recently filed one or more new applications, but that doesn't guarantee that any patents will result from an application.

I sure wish they would answer questions about things like this when we ask them.
