Anyone selling this week? I really have to ask why. I know some were scared out of their shares by whomever was placing those large sizes on the offer. But this could be a lesson in staying calm.
The company has said there is no dilution. No debt. The first company they are bringing is has $28 M in assets and does $15 M in revs. Todays market cap is a little over a $million.
To sell at 25 X less than asset value? With a company that doesn't dilute and that is bringing in more M & As? Doesn't add up to me. I could see if this was a diluting put but it is the opposite.
