I sent the CEO another e-mail a couple weeks ago regarding their delinquent filings. Still waiting for a response. The previous time I e-mailed him about this subject, he told me he would update me by tomorrow. That was over 3 months ago. Needless to say I am still waiting on that update.

Here is the e-mail response I received.
