No, it's the registered agent, Registered Agents, Inc, that's a Wyoming company. They say they have "offices in every state":

OORV Acquisition, now dissolved by the merger with McCusker Holding (no S), was a Nevada company. It was created for the purposes of the merger only. Naturally it was supposed to be called "ORRV Acquisition", but Tracy screwed up the filing.
