I totally agree. Dan can not and will not announce the fail. At least not by itself.

Someday we will get a pr that the deal is done or they will PR a completely different plan and as an afterthought mention the failure and blame the other management.

He could also just stay silent and keep saying soon till he moves on to something else and this dies completely.

At some point even Dan will write off his losses and move on.

I don't think we will see anything until the company is licensed to actually conduct legal business somewhere.
That could be out of Dans hands.
So I am looking for some sort of asset sale from IGEX if the former CEO has his company as screwed as Scott has this one.
I just don't know how Dan gets shares of the asset in the hands of SRSR holders if SRSR isn't allowed to do business.
