Are they that stupid of a stock promoter to use candlestick analysis on a serial-diluting penny stock. LOL

Maybe they are that stupid. T/A is worthless on a diluting penny stock issuing steeply=discounted shares to organizations like this by the hundreds of billions of shares at a time.
