Stock trading 101 school for you, do not judge a stock by its pps, looks like someone is buying, and its not me,,,as for news, its the best news in a long time, even better news then when stock was trading at .025, oh that's right, there was no news when stock hit .025, lol, when news hits babl will be above .05,,,
