QMC has capacity already to produce in San Marcos, sell to QMA, and supply a film or display manufacture at this very moment. They could supply enough qdots for 2-3 million 60" TVs.

I think the 4Q goal is Squires being ultra conservative since he's missed so many previous guesses as to when they would become commercially successful.
