My comments on PN's claims of patent protection.

For one, he keeps saying we have patent protection, but nobody has been able to get him or anyone else at the company to tell us what those patents are. They won't give us any patent numbers that can be looked at to see when the actual dates are and what is actually protected by the patent.

To be honest, I have my doubts about the patent protections they imply that they have. My guess is they maybe have filed for some new patents, but none of them are public, and none of them have been granted as actual patents. I'm still convinced from my own research that they do not have any patents on the delivery system, since they are all expired, and there is no way to protect a technology when the patent has expired.
