Yes. Better communication would be ideal. But if they did all that you mention and articulated their strategy, then the shr price would probably be @ $0.15-0.25 already.

You have to read the SEC filings and disclosures and put things together for yourself. I think I have a decent idea of the direction of the co. & what strategy is being put in play. I am not 100% certain which stock will derive the biggest benefit, so I am accumulating both TXTM & PLPL.

Any dilution of the authorized or outstanding shares must be disclosed w/in 4 business days. If this is not disclosed, then the co. is opening itself up to SEC/OTC action and civil litigation depending on how egregious.

Regarding dilution,,,, I do not doubt that it will eventually happen, but if I were trying to raise capital, I would prefer to dilute @$0.20 per shr (or higher) instead of way down here.
