Bottom line is if they cannot pull this situation together, avoid a reverse split and bring the necessary funding to move this platform forward it is not because they don't have what is needed to do so -- right now. It is likely because they choose personal control over the good of the whole. At this point I believe we will see a deal that offsets all concerns. I believe that our new investment group believes so also. Time will tell.
