On what criteria do you label a trade a 'Buyers' trade or a 'Sellers'?
I don't agree there is selling pressure. That would imply the sellers are wanting to sell more than the buyers are wanting to buy. The reason the price is increasing is the exact opposite.

I'll repeat I think this is the company diluting, but I think they are doing it to bring product to market (not pay off convertibles). I also think they have been getting the interest of investors through their demos and attendance at conferences. They didn't promote being an attendee at the work truck show in mid-March, but Hassett was registered as was VP of marketing from Craftsman Industries.

About 2 million shares have been traded in the last 5 days with the price steadily climbing. If its the company and they needed $100,000 of course they would stop selling until their price was met. But if buyers still wanted in they would keep buying.

If it is Spirit Bear they have been showing much more control, and if Spirit Bear isn't selling you have to ask yourself why now? That in and of itself is a show of strength because the only answer is that they are holding because they believe the price is going higher.

Last suggestion is to track the lowest trade of the day over the last few days.
It has moved from under 10 cents, to 10 cents, to 11, to 11.75. Today it will be interesting to see if it beats 11.75. So if the lowest price anyone is willing to take keeps getting higher than the price continues to increase.

The next level where there are sells likely to be sold is in the 15 cent range. I can't image getting there without news, and think we could drop back to 10 cents if we go on until May without news. Also the 10 K is coming out at the end of this month.
