$4.654 million cash in P10 in exchange for shares of the company’s common stock representing approximately 48% of the company. That's equal to $10m value vs $4.5m ( current cap).

In addition, 210 Capital will provide up to ten million dollars of financing to be used for acquisitions.

$15m investment. PIOI will be trading at a double or triple PPS in a week or two. imo

Per CEO, PIOI's patents (21 registered patents) are primarily associated with energy storage in the form of compressed air as well as turbine technologies.

PIOI might sitting on a gold mine here. GE, AES, And major Solar and photovoltaic companies might be interested imo.
