The way I read this is, Estrella/Queenell, is probably a local unknown artist that sings at a club or clubs of some sort possibly. Like a local band goes bar to bar to try and promote themselves. They were looking for someone to cater to the Caribbean/Latin music marketplace and found some unknown local talent. They probably offered her a deal of some sort that sounded appealing because that's what she was looking for in her career.

That being said, I've done extensive searching all over the web using multiple keywords and phrases, and have yet to turn up any sign of an accomplished singer going by this name from Honduras. That doesn't mean she doesn't exist all-together though.
