Does this make sense to anyone? If 2016 was great, I can understand no buy-back of shares because PPS will rise. If 2016 is fair to lousy, don't buy-back now because the PPS will drop even further. My guess, lousy 4th Qtr. YOY OK, but not a blow-out success. PPS will stay in this range for some time.
