I guess that's one way to look at it....I would just say the more cash on hand makes the co more attractive....

The co is only worth what someone is willing to pay for it and these deals can be structured in many ways.

When the 10k comes out in a matter of days now, we most likely will still see around 1 mil in cash, I doubt it changes at all.

Keep in mind also if a sale would happen today, or in the near future, that cash on hand would most likely be used to pay off any remaining debt/ bills /etc....

They still owe that pos Joe money for instance..
