Yep, all of the LIES about the MRVB and other TcrapRuse BS eliminating the need for further dilution was called out on this board. They refused to provide any statements or proof that was happening. With the 10Q, now we know why....because it wasn't.
There were no share buybacks except perhaps the insiders converting directly into the MRVB account simply because they weren't able to dump common shares fast enough to make money. The MRVB seemed to be the vehicle for an instant ATM machine to help Bill, his on, his wife, and of course his other cronies to unload their worthless TCRAP shares as quickly as possible. That makes the most sense out of it all to me. That also tells me that BK is looming on the horizon.
