That'd be great....as I understand it, there are essentially 2 kind of IPOs....One that sells existing stock for current, non insider shareholders...and the other sells NEW previously unissued shares....

This IPO is the former....typically those shareholders can sell before the public can trade it....they sell to accredited investors, funds, banks...etc...then those are resold to the public....so there is a good chance that they may have sold them already thru a private transaction...at exactly $1 shr....

We will soon find out....
