Mr Lim is the Chairman and Director of several investment companies in Asia and Europe. Mr Lim is experienced in helping companies to build their overall business strategy and to improve their management so that they can reach their full potential.

Mr Lim started his career at a legal practice where he spent ten years before moving into the insurance sector with MAA Assurance Alliance Berhad and Arab Malaysia Assurance Berhad respectively. He then joined Pacific Mutual Fund Berhad as the Group District Manager and was responsible for setting up Pacific Mutual Fund Berhad in the northern region of Malaysia.

Mr Lim went on to set up his own advisory business and since 2010, he has focused on the Chinese market and has worked closely on building relationships with many enterprises and industries in China and also other Asian countries.

Mr Lim recently acted as an independent consultant to Vectorsideco Tour & Services Sdn. Bhd. a travel and tour agent licensed by the Malaysian Ministry of Tourism. The company provides private flight charter service, sight-seeing tours, ticketing, hotel bookings and custom holiday packages and its clientele includes industry leaders, diplomats and high net worth individuals. Mr Lim advised Vectorsideco on its business strategy and marketing plan and also assisted in the introduction of a privilege membership system.
Mr. Lyth is a UK based, experienced AIM board director and qualified accountant with over five years' experience advising a number of publically quoted companies. He is a Mandarin speaker and has used this skill in his capacity as a director on the boards of various AIM companies including Univision Engineering Ltd, China Rerun Chemical Company Ltd and Taihua plc.

Prior to his recent public company experience, Mr. Lyth was Group Finance and Purchasing Director of Belle Group, a manufacturer of engineering equipment operating across Europe, the US and China. He was also Head of Finance at Fothergill Group, a UK manufacturer of technical industrial fabrics, between 1996 and 2003. In his early career, Nick was a management accountant at Courtaulds plc and Rotunda plc.
TESHEB (“TESH”) CASIMIR
NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
Tesheb Casimir is a qualified solicitor previously practicing law in Australia in the area of international corporate and commercial law as well as participating in litigation cases in the Supreme Court of Queensland, Australia.

He graduated with a combined double degree in Law & Commerce at Bond University, Australia. He also further his specialization and completed his Masters of Law (Corporate and Commercial) also at Bond University.

Tesheb currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Elgin Associates (M) Inc., Chief Executive Officer and President of Rorine International Holding Corp. He possessed a wealth of contacts in both Asia and Europe that will stimulate further development of the business and DKG Capital Plc as a whole.
