I've never dealt with redomiciling before but I asked my CPA and he said it can be very complicated based on the state requirements. CO is one of the tougher states, and any changes to the company would affect and delay the filings to CO.

That's all the info I got but it makes sense to me.

Long story short all i've seen is Berman improve the company, why wouldnt I trust his word that it's coming??
