Does PMCB have the infrastructure and know-how to move this product to market with FDA approval? Knowing what a "shell" of a company PMCB is, this is highly unlikely. And, to build that piece to move to market would be costly and time consuming. My thoughts are that KW has full intention of selling as soon as there is some established value with FDA market approval.
