how did you find out about the ONP VIE?
Something in the press release alerted me. So then I looked at the 10-K. I don't know why I missed it in past. I didn't pay much attention to it 3 years ago. And I don't follow it closely because it never was a screaming buy.
Orient Paper HB is a VIE with contractual arrangement. Most of the assets are located there. They can't even tell us who will own PM7 through PM9.
