Wow. $4.5M offering this morning from Roth Capital.

$0.22 per share PLUS 100% warrant coverage at 30 cents.

So about 41 million more shares in dilution. Roth's fee is 7.5% and say $150K in legals the should net about $4M in cash for this.

41M shares more in dilution for $4M bucks! For quarter of life.

Q1 must have been going so great that they had to raise money twice.

Of course the Cyrus interest has to be paid in stock at market prices too.
